NBR-PVC Blend NPR75 : SCCARE NPR75 is a polymer blend of specially selected polymers viz. High Nitrile and pre-treated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin. This highly fuel resistant (Fuel 'C' and Fuel 'D') blend is an excellent replacement for conventionally used speciality Synthetic Rubbers for high oil, fuel, sour gas, heat, ozone, weather ageing and lead free petrol resistance. It has a low die swell property for Extrusions and Calendaring.
Processing Characteristics: It is very easily processed on conventional rubber processing machines. Compounding cycle is quite short due to high filler and plasticizer absorption. Warm mixing mill/intermix is preferred for a quicker and better compound mix.

Curing: Conventional Sulphur, Sulphurless cure and Peroxide curing systems recommended.
Applications: Lead-Free Petrol Tubes and Hoses, Fuel 'C' and Fuel 'D' resistant products, Applications in Kerbside Hose, Tubing, Coloured and Black products for Automobile Application for SAE-I specification products. Other products requiring high Fuel 'C' resistance, oil, ozone, weatherability and abrasion resistance.
