NBR-PVC Blend NPR71B :
SCCARE NPR71B is a 70:30 fluxed blend of medium Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber with Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade is particularly made to withstand low temperatures. Compounds of SCCARE NPR71B have easily cleared low temperature flexibility of -40°C. It is non-staining with high resistance to oil, ozone, weather and flex.
Processing Characteristics:
Very easily processible on open mixing mills as well as internal mixers. Extremely good filler and plasticizer absorption, thus saving cost, labour and time. SCCARE NPR71B can withstand elevated compounding temperatures. DOA, DOS, etc are the recommended plasticizers and Paraffinic based softeners are not recommended.

Curing:
Sulphur or Peroxide curing systems to be used. NBR/PVC is slow curing hence a high dosage of accelerators are recommended.
Applications:
All products requiring low temperature resistance eg- aircraft parts ,auto parts, air conditioning parts, refrigerator parts, insulation sheets, etc.
