NBR-PVC Blend NPR3050 :
SCCARE NPR 3050 is a unique blend of Nitrile Rubber with a very low percentage of PVC, Plasticizers, Specialty Stabilizers, Anti-Oxidants, Anti-Static agents, etc. Test reports have prove that SCCARE NPR 3050 has superior compound properties as compared to medium NBR. Handling, cutting and weighing of SCCARE NPR 3050 is easy as it comes in sheets, thus saving on time, cost and labour.
Processing Characteristics:
SCCARE NPR 3050 can be easily processed on conventional rubber mixing/compounding machines. It has excellent filler and plasticizer absorption properties and can withstand elevated compounding temperatures.
Curing:
Sulphur or peroxide curing is recommended. SCCARE NPR 3050 has improved curing properties as compared to other similar polymers.
Applications:
SCCARE NPR 3050 replaces medium Nitrile in almost all applications with superior oil and ozone resistance.
