NBR-PVC Blend NPR RR: SCCARE NPR RR is a blend of Nitrile Rubber with Poly vinyl Chloride, specialty Stabilizers, Plastisizers & other additives. Test Reports have proved that addition of 20 phr of SCCARE NPR RR to regular medium Nitrile Compound for Rice Rollers improves its abrasion resistance, controlled heat built-up, gives tighter cure, reduces low mould fouling imparts good finish & also improves Ozone & Oil resistance. Due to it low cost & extremely good blending properties with regular medium NBR Compound it saves Compound cost & expensive Electricity cost due to its short compounding cycle time.
Processing Characteristics: SCCARE NPR RR can be easily processed on conventional Rubber mixing compounding machines. It blends quickly with regular NBR & NBR Compound without resistance. It has good filler & plasticizer absorption properties and also withstands elevated Compounding temperatures. Typical Properties of Raw Polymer:
